Please provide a Hedd consent form that names the institution, and is hand-signed and dated within the past 3 months. The Hedd consent form and all consent requirements can be found here https://hedd.ac.uk/universities .

After submitting your Hedd request for any graduate (not current students), please ask the candidate to register with their email address at https://verifyaward.brunel.ac.uk/ and activate their account. Please then provide Hedd with the candidate's email address. Hedd will send the candidate a connection request through the Brunel portal. If you need any account assistance with the Alumni Registration process, please contact the Brunel University team at awards-alumni@brunel.ac.uk

Please note we will be unable to provide a full refund for any unsucessful Brunel University enquiries due to the amount of work Hedd needs to carry out in trying to verify these.
